On (almost) all tours you will be greeted personally at the destination and receive many valuable and useful tips for and about your trip. Whether it is questions about the route, or services such as train tickets or boat trips or other matters, our staff will answer all your questions. In addition, the finer details of the respective routes will be discussed with you in detail.
Personal transfer of the rental bikes
Our bicycles are not waiting to be picked up somewhere in the bicycle cellar at the arrival hotel, but are usually handed over to you personally by our guides. So the bikes can be adapted by the specialist to your individual needs and there is nothing to prevent you from quickly starting a wonderful cycling week.
Emergency contacts
For urgent questions or in case of emergency, a supervisor is available in your area. We can quickly provide a solution and provide the necessary assistance if necessary. We respond directly through our office staff or our on-site supervisor.
Personal luggage transport
On our cycling tours, you only travel with light-day luggage. If possible, we try to handle the luggage transfer with our reliable staff and only use taxi service in exceptional cases. This guarantees a punctual and careful delivery to the next hotel. Your luggage will usually be waiting for you when you arrive at the hotel.
Personal return transfers
The starting point of the journey is not always easy to reach by public transport. That's why we also offer return transfers on many bike tours. During this trip, we receive your first-hand travel feedback instantly, we can give you recommendations for future cycling trips and, most importantly, we can say goodbye in person before you head home.
